↪️ RETURN POLICY

In Store Purchases:

We will gladly accept your unworn, unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase for an exchange of equal or greater value or for store credit. 

Online Purchases:

We will gladly accept your unworn, unused merchandise within 7 days of purchase for store credit. You may contact Kelli at kelli.zuzuspetals@gmail.com for details regarding your return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

🏷 Sale Items

Sale items (unless marked "Final sale" on ticket) may be exchanged within 10 days for merchandise of equal or greater value or for store credit. Final sale items may not be returned. 

🎁 Gifts 

Merchandise that was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you may be exchanged for a gift card/store credit in the same amount. Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue you a gift card/store credit. 

🚚 Shipping

We make every effort to ship online orders within 2 days; and we strive to make it common practice to provide tracking info for your shipped purchases (but, occasionally, we forget 😏) .

* Please note that you will be responsible for paying shipping costs on returned items. 

If you are shipping merchandise over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
